The Vanquish gains a convertible sibling called the Volante for 2026, and its fabric soft top can retract in just 14 seconds at speeds up to 31 mph. Aston reports that the extra structural bracing it added to improve the topless body’s rigidity plus the weight of the roof’s power mechanism have added a little over 200 pounds. A unique suspension tune keeps the Volante on pace with the Vanquish coupe in the handling department, according to the company. Aston also says that production of the Volante will be even more limited than that of the coupe, with less than 1000 of the topless version being built per year.
